In the spirit of creativity and exploration, children discover a well of resource within.

In each class, children are introduced to basic mindfulness practices through gentle breathing exercises and a sequence of yoga postures. They are intuitively familiar with many of these shapes, like Eagle, Cobra, Tree & Mountain. What unfolds is a rich journey through imagination as they call upon their innate connection to the natural world; discovering the physical postures, as well as the anchor of breath, within their own bodies.

This practice is a fun and playful way to explore their relationship to themselves and the world around them. Their creative minds are invited along as guides, offering them imagery to gently direct their awareness. What follows is a natural and empowering shift toward greater presence, grounding and focus.
