Tidal Bodies Yoga ༄

A 1 hour guided class tailored to your unique needs. This may include a combination of individualized sequences, breath work, meditation and guided relaxation. We move at a pace that feels supportive and nourishing to you on all levels.

With regular practice, yoga can support strength, balance, posture and an overall sense of vitality. It also offers us a chance to reconnect and nourish the well of resource within.

Extra Gentle / Chair yoga

If you’re currently moving through physical challenges, the practice can always be adapted to meet you just where you are. This can look like gentle movements with the support of props, a chair or the ground. As we bring breath and awareness into simple postures, we invite energy to move freely throughout the body and our whole energetic system. However gentle, the benefits are still rich and deeply restorative to mind, body & spirit.

Group Classes

Private group yoga classes are also available (both in person & virtually) for special events, such as birthdays, bridal showers, as well as corporate events.
